Class A Owners shall have the privilege of entering a lottery each year to rent one boat doc of the nine boat docs owned by the Homeowners Association.  In the event all nine boat docs are not rented to Class A Owners, then Class C Members shall have the privilege

The private lakeside clubhouse is available to all Mountainside homeowners.

There are two Tennis/Pickle Ball courts and one dedicated Tennis Court.  There is also a large pavilion adjacent to courts with two 20′ picnic tables.
