Class A Owners shall have the privilege of entering a lottery each year to rent one boat doc of the nine boat docs owned by the Homeowners Association. In the event all nine boat docs are not rented to Class A Owners, then Class C Members shall have the privilege of renting one of the remaining docs not rented to Class A Owner.
Class B Owners have the exclusive privilege to have one of the twenty-five boat docs owned by the Homeowners Association assigned to that Owner so as to preclude any Class A Owner or Class C Owner from using that boat dock.
